A: For a limited time a new custom logo is just $59
Q: How long will it take to produce a new logo
A: It can be a soon as one day. It will depend on how quickly we get the feedback on changes. But 48 hours is realistic.
Q: How many designs will I be provided?
A: Normally we offer five different designs. Then we can focus in on what you like. Initial direction is helpful on design elements like colors, font styles and artwork preferences. But this is not required.
Q: Can I use my new logo for commercial and personal purposes, including social media?
A: Yes to all the above. You will own the design. We are a licensed provider for these products and you will own the design with no restrictions. You may use digitally, in printed materials on T shirts, hats any business or personal use you'd like.
Q: Is my new logo copyright protected
A: Yes you own the rights and technically no one can use your design without your permission.
Q: How do I pay for my new logo?
A: We can send you an email and you can pay on-line with debit or credit card. If you'd like to pay by Venmo we can do that with an extra sur-charge.
Q: Do I own my new logo and design?
A: Yes once you pay for your logo we have no claim or rights to the design. We may ask to use for our website for examples to promote our business but you are under no obligation to Logo Wiz.
Q: How do I receive my new logo?
A: You will receive digital copies via email in jpg, png and pdf formats.
Q: What is Logo Wiz and Logo Chief design philosophy?
A: We like to create logos that are simple, yet artistically beautiful. We hope to connect you to your customers so we look to create designs that are clean and sophisticated. But first and foremost we will attempt to get what you want to portray. Classic, modern, edgy we do most things well.

Q: What do I need to give you to make this happen?
A: Not much really. We need the business name and the industry. A phone call can get the ball rolling. We can have a zoom type meeting or face to face in our home market which is the greater Seattle/ Puget Sound region. Payment must be received before the work can begin.
Q: How else can we help?
A: Marketing has been our jam, so we are great at creating flyers and brochures, take-ones and rack type cards. We can do business cards. We started as guerilla marketers on a budget so we made our funds stretch with door hangers, flyers and take ones. We hate to see marketing dollars go to waste so design was always critical and the message had to be spot on.
Q: We're a non-profit and need help, can you work with us?
A: Lot of people have helped us and we have been know to pay it forward. If you are doing good in the world and need some help we can take a look at your situation.
Q: We don't see a phone # on your site, can we call you?
A: For privacy and our sanity we don't publish our phone #. But if you email us first we can set up a phone consult.
